Colterra Restaurant is owned by Bradford Heap who is
also the chef. Bradford is very passionate about
working with local farmer, ranchers, and purveyors.
There is a spirit combined with his vision of the French
and Italian training frame. Bradford also has an on site
vegetable garden which ensures he keeps everything as
fresh as possible.
Journey of the Colterra Restaurant is a happy story. It
begins with Bradford's love and beauty of preparing
food. He has traveled all over the United States which
includes the French countryside and the rustic Italian
dwellings and then back to Colorado's majestic Rocky
Mountains. Bradford describes Colterra as the foundation
behind his vision to the art of food and health.
Bradford attended the Culinary institute in New York in
his twenties which was part of his dream. He studied at
LiOrangerie in Los Angeles and trained in San Francisco
