      The Colorado Steakhouse has been known for years as a Bloomington Tradition. On August 1, 2007 a new tradition was created melding the talents of the Smith family, with over 30 years of restaurant and catering experience, and the venerable Colorado Steakhouse.
      The Smith family goals are to provide the very best food, top notch service and classic Hoosier Hospitality to each and every guest.
      Our new menu focuses on choice, wood-fired steaks, succulent seafood, outstanding BBQ ribs and of course our famous biscuits. We also offer burgers, pastas, and our endless salad bar, all day every day.
